In 1989, Dan Henning and Dennis Hoffman founded CMA with a simple observation: community management was becoming too transactional. They started with just four employees and seven associations, but with a radical commitment to personal oversight.
Today, that foundation has evolved into a regional powerhouse. We now lead over 1,100 associations across the Southeast, but our core remains unchanged. We aren't just managing properties; we are protecting the places you call home.
At CMA, our work is guided by simple principles: integrity, respect, trust, and excellence. These values show up in how we communicate, how we solve problems, and how we support the communities we manage.
Integrity.
Respect.
Trust.
Excellence.
We believe strong communities start with strong relationships. That’s why we stay involved, not just in the day-to-day operations of the communities we serve, but in the neighborhoods and cities we call home.
At CMA, we cultivate an environment that inspires new ideas and values diverse perspectives. We are a dedicated Equal-Opportunity Employer, ensuring that every associate feels supported, respected, and empowered to lead. This internal sense of community resonates in the high-quality, transparent service we provide to every client we serve.
